Below are links to forms that have been given to students who showed interest in participating in McGee activities. If your child has misplaced his or her form and it is important that she or he participates in the activity, forms printed from these links, filled out appropriately, and returned by the deadlines will be accepted by the staff members who issued the original forms.
Wellness Club Permission Slip is due before students may participate in the Wellness Club, an afterschool intramural athletic opportunity available throughout the school year.
