2008 Washington, D.C., Field Trip
Letter to Families

Dear Parent/Guardian of Grade 8 Students:
We are currently planning our annual
Grade 8 class trip to
Washington
,
D.C.
The trip has been scheduled for April 15 through April 18, 2008.
We plan to leave McGee on Tuesday morning April 15th at 6:00 a.m. and
return to the school on Friday evening April 18th at approximately 10:00 p.m.
There is a great deal of information we
must share concerning the trip. We
plan to do this at a meeting scheduled for September 26th at 5:30 p.m.
The itinerary, the cost of the trip, our expectations for students and
their responsibilities will be among the many topics to be discussed.
The meeting will be held in the auditorium. It is important that you and
your child sit together.
It is very important for parents and
their 8th grade students to attend this meeting and hear about the details of
our trip. Parents and students will
receive an information packet which needs to be discussed as a family.
Please make every effort to attend.
